Work Exchange is a great way to plug into the Clayboro community! A comprehensive understanding of clay as a medium and the ceramic making process is required to be eligible for Work Exchange.

All members receive a unique door code that grants secure access to the studio. Whether you’re an early bird or night owl, time is on your side.

All members must have an account on our Member Portal, KilnFire. Membership dues are automatically billed on the first of each month.

Need to pause, change, or cancel your membership? Just let us know by the 15th of the month prior in order to avoid any fees.

For the safety of the studio and our members, not everyone is eligible for Studio Membership.

Studio Membership is available to those who have a comprehensive understanding of clay as a medium and the ceramic making process, from wet clay to the drying process to glazing. Members must be able to work independently in the studio with little to no assistance from staff. There is not instructional time included in Memberships. Members are able to enroll in classes at a discounted rated. If you have little to no experience working with clay and are interested in Membership, we recommend enrolling in one of our 6-week courses to get started.
