About Us

Clayboro Studios is a community ceramic studio established in 2026, serving as a creative makers space for artists to create and collaborate in clay. With our members at the core of our mission, we aim to nurture and grow the ceramics community of Carrboro, North Carolina. From classes to studio memberships to firing services, our goal is to serve our local community in all things clay.

With a long history of Seagrove potters in her family tree, founder Rebecca Graham is dedicated to bringing pottery into people’s creative practice. By cultivating a space where ceramicists can create and collaborate, Clayboro aims to help people find their voice as artists.

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a white crocheted top and a green skirt, is shaping a ceramic pot on a pottery wheel in a pottery studio. She is holding a tool in her right hand and resting her left hand on the pottery. Several other pottery pieces are visible in the background.
